Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
- capable of lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- good vision including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to follow detailed instructions
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- readiness to comply with company food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to tolerate exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and caustic chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months of related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings
- completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- Bake products according to fresh foods standards
- process fresh foods including packaging and stocking
- clean work areas to maintain sanitation
- provide excellent customer service
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage products for resale or disposal
- participate in required training sessions
