Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- successful completion of company training programs including food sanitation, customer service, and safety
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
