Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized settings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- basic understanding of American money and weight measurement
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- complete company training including food sanitation and safety
