Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching within specified heights
- able to work in varying temperature environments including hot, cool, and extreme cold
- able to safely handle chemicals and equipment
- able to work in moderate to loud noise environments
- able to meet physical demands including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- completion of company required training including food sanitation and safety
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas regularly
- provide customer service assistance
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage items
- participate in required training programs
