Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand and walk regularly
  • ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • ability to reach with hands and arms
  • ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
  • occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform duties in an environment with varying temperatures and exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and noise
  • willingness to participate and complete required training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • exceptional interpersonal skills
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
  • basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
  • ability to apply commonsense understanding to perform instructions
  • completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
