Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
- occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform duties in an environment with varying temperatures and exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and noise
- willingness to participate and complete required training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to perform instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process fresh foods
- package products according to fresh foods standards
- stock fresh foods items
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock and reload salvage
