Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- related experience or training preferred
- ability to follow simple written and oral instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in environments with varying temperatures and exposure to mechanical parts and chemicals
- willingness to complete required company training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
