Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- ability to occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
