Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in training
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- good vision including color and depth perception
- ability to work in moderate to loud environments
- ability to safely handle food products and chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- completion of company training including food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
