Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers regularly
- capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in varying temperature environments including hot and cold
- willing to participate in and complete required training
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed but uncomplicated instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction with money and weights
- completion of company training programs including food sanitation, customer service, and safety
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process fresh foods products including packaging and stocking
- clean work areas to maintain sanitation
- provide customer service
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage items
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
