Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers regularly
  • capability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work in varying temperature environments including hot and cold
  • willing to participate in and complete required training
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow detailed but uncomplicated instructions
  • ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
  • basic math skills including addition and subtraction with money and weights
  • completion of company training programs including food sanitation, customer service, and safety

Job Duties

  • bake products according to standards
  • process fresh foods products including packaging and stocking
  • clean work areas to maintain sanitation
  • provide customer service
  • unload stock deliveries
  • reload salvage items
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
