Job Requirements
- Associates must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and taste or smell
- able to occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- able to work in moderate, hot, cool, and extreme cold environments
- willing to participate in and successfully complete required training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to follow detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions
- ability to solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to perform math operations using American money and weight measurements
- exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
