Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel
- able to reach with hands and arms
- able to talk and hear
- able to taste or smell
- occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to work in environments with moderate to loud noise
- able to work in varied temperature conditions
- able to work with moving mechanical parts and potentially hazardous chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- completion of company training including food sanitation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- participate in required training
