Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Willingness to work in varying temperature environments
Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
Completion of company training programs
Good vision including color and depth perception
Capability to handle physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Basic English literacy and numeracy skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or training preferred
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Capacity to complete company training on food sanitation, safety, and customer service

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
Process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
Clean work areas to maintain sanitation
Provide customer service and assist shoppers
Unload stock deliveries
Reload salvage products
Participate in required training and team activities
