Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk and hear
- ability to taste or smell
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- ability to work in moderately hot, cool, or cold environments
- willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels
- completion of company training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- basic understanding of American money and weight measurements
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- willingness to participate in required training including food sanitation and safety
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- complete required training
