Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
ability to reach with hands and arms
ability to talk and hear
ability to taste or smell
ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
ability to work in moderately hot, cool, or cold environments
willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation procedures
ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels
completion of company training programs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
basic understanding of American money and weight measurements
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
willingness to participate in required training including food sanitation and safety

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
clean work areas
provide customer service
unload stock
reload salvage
complete required training
