Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
  • ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • must possess close vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • willingness to participate in and complete required training
  • ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • exceptional interpersonal skills

  • ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
  • completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge

Job Duties

  • Bake products according to standards
  • process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with fresh foods standards
  • clean work areas regularly to maintain hygiene
  • provide customer service to assist and engage customers
  • unload stock deliveries efficiently
  • reload salvage items to appropriate locations
