Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- must possess close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with fresh foods standards
- clean work areas regularly to maintain hygiene
- provide customer service to assist and engage customers
- unload stock deliveries efficiently
- reload salvage items to appropriate locations
