Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell regularly
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
must possess close vision, color vision, and depth perception
willingness to participate in and complete required training
ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience or training
exceptional interpersonal skills
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations in English
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products in compliance with fresh foods standards
clean work areas regularly to maintain hygiene
provide customer service to assist and engage customers
unload stock deliveries efficiently
reload salvage items to appropriate locations
