Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, food safety, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge
Ability to work in moderate environment with exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
Tolerance to noise level ranging from moderate to loud

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to present information effectively to customers and associates
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete required training
Ability to perform basic math operations

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
Process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
Clean work areas
Provide customer service
Unload stock
Reload salvage
Participate in required training
