Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk, hear, taste, or smell
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, food safety, customer service network, safety, and product knowledge
- Ability to work in moderate environment with exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures
- Tolerance to noise level ranging from moderate to loud
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively to customers and associates
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to complete required training
- Ability to perform basic math operations
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- Process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- Clean work areas
- Provide customer service
- Unload stock
- Reload salvage
- Participate in required training
