Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to participate in and successfully complete required training
- ability to stand, walk, use hands, finger, handle, or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk or hear
- taste or smell
- occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- ability to work in moderate and varying temperature environments
- willingness to comply with safety and food handling procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- mathematical ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and use units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- completion of company's required training including food sanitation and safety
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
- maintain product quality and sanitation
