Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand, walk, and use hands and arms regularly
- able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly
- occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- reach ranges from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color and depth perception
- willingness to complete required company training
- ability to work in various temperature environments
- ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals
- able to maintain professional interpersonal skills
- capable of participating in training and team activities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively communicate in English in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- completion of company-required training including food sanitation, customer service, and safety
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products following Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas to maintain hygiene
- provide excellent customer service to shoppers
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage items
- participate in required training and team activities
