Job Requirements

Associates must be at least 18 years of age
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel
ability to reach with hands and arms
ability to talk or hear
ability to taste or smell
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
ability to read, comprehend, and write in English
willingness to complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience and/or training
ability to read and write simple instructions in English
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers using units of American money and weight
exceptional interpersonal skills
willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Bake products according to standards
process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods standards
clean work areas
provide customer service
unload stock
reload salvage
maintain a safe and organized work environment
