Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle varying work environment temperatures
- willingness to complete all required training
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- physical ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- vision capabilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to complete company training courses
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products per company standards
- clean and maintain work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock deliveries
- reload salvage and manage inventory
- participate in training programs
