Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must have close vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to complete required training
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Completion of company training including orientation, food safety, and customer service

Job Duties

  • Bake products according to standards
  • Process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products following Fresh Foods Standards
  • Clean work areas to maintain hygiene and safety
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Unload stock and reload salvage items
  • Participate in required company training programs
  • Follow safety and food sanitation protocols
