Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and write in English
- able to add and subtract two digit numbers
- willingness to participate and successfully complete required training
- ability to stand walk use hands finger handle or feel reach with hands and arms talk or hear and taste or smell
- ability to occasionally climb or balance and stoop kneel or crouch
- able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature environments and safely handle mechanical parts fumes and chemicals
- completion of company training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- completion of company training including new hire orientation food sanitation customer service network safety food safety and product knowledge
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
