Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk or hear
- taste or smell
- occasional ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to work with a team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to English-speaking customers and associates
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
