Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- talk or hear
- taste or smell regularly
- occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- visual abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
- able to work in moderate environment
- frequently exposed to hot, cool, and extreme cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals
- able to work in moderate to loud noise level environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
