Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand in a stationary, upright position for 80 percent of the time
- Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and reach heights of 5-10 feet
- Frequently ascend and descend ladders
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills for communication with customers and team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including possible overnight and travel
- Ability to follow emails and printed instructions precisely
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Available to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices
- Good communicator able to engage effectively with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and concerns professionally
- Basic problem-solving skills using information gathered
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge
- Promote store events and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns by offering solutions
- Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and customer feedback
- Support team and company goals collaboratively
- Frequently operate cash register and handle merchandise stocking
