Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Advocating for Storage King USA by showcasing our storage units, products, and promotions
- Enhancing community relations through local marketing outreach and utilizing the referral program and incentives
- Converting telephone and walk-in inquiries into storage rentals
- Renting storage units, parking spaces, and selling store merchandise
- Developing relationships and cross-promotion opportunities with local businesses
- Conducting daily property walks to check locks, cleanliness, sweep the property, clean units, and maintain supplies
- Performing light maintenance tasks
