Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- completed basic food handling training and obtained any necessary local or state certifications
- management members who work with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- provide excellent guest service
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- interpersonal skills including communication with all ages, genders, and personalities
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to work in a team and independently

Job Qualifications
- High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- completion of three basic courses within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program including Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core
- completion of basic food handling training and obtaining any required local or state certifications or permits
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training if applicable
- valid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- ability to work both independently and in team environments
- strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- ability to train and lead others
- basic cash handling and math skills
- ability to comprehend and converse regularly in English
- ability to resolve conflict

Job Duties
- Follow the direction of the General Manager
- support General Manager's decisions in communication with the staff
- work in all departments and all theatre job functions
- train and coach team members in their specific job functions
- assist in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager
- observe and participate in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition
- report the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to General Manager
- ensure that theatre team members follow the dress code
- interact with guests to improve service and ensure team members provide superior customer service
- learn and follow policies and procedures as established in Cinemark's Guidelines and enforce these fairly
- report all employee relations issues to the General Manager or via official channels in absence of GM
- follow the employee relations reporting protocol
- uphold a high work ethic standard and code of conduct
- identify and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment
- address safety and security issues
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
