Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- minimum of 2-5 year bartender experience preferred
- capable of handling cash/credit cards and inventory efficiently
- must have effective communications skills
- friendly, attentive and detail oriented
- must be a team player
- must be able to work in an extremely fast paced environment
- must be able to work long periods while standing, bending, stretching, reaching, walking up and down stairs, and lifting as the work duties demand
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- must have reliable transportation
- must be able to pass criminal background check

Job Duties
- exhibit professional and courteous behavior at all times
- present a neat and tidy appearance while adhering to uniform standards
- communicate effectively with guests, all levels of management and co-workers
- possess a general wine knowledge and be able to assist guests with wine selections
- possess a vast knowledge of alcoholic beverages and drink recipes
- maintain the proper care of equipment and food and beverage items
- work with Ledge Bar Staff to provide excellent beverage service while adhering to North Carolina health codes and Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) policies
- create pleasing atmosphere for patrons and their guests
- willingness to learn and utilize POS system
- adhere to all Alcohol Service Policies including NC - ABC and ALE regulations as well as Lenovo Center policies
- complete routine and special tasks as related to the Food and Beverage Department
