Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must reside within a 15-mile radius between Richmond and Fairfield
- no driving accidents in the past three years
- no more than two tickets in the past three years
- no DUIs in the past seven years
- must be available to work weekends
- physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- ability to read, comprehend, and follow memos, reports, and instructions
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or similar roles preferred
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable transportation within the specified area
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- basic problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- visit each assigned Drop Spot to pick up items left outside
- empty collection bins and organize donations
- maintain cleanliness and debris-free sites
- distribute flyers to promote Drop Spots
- assist patrons with patience and professionalism
- remove or paint over graffiti
- monitor surveillance cameras for assigned locations
