Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- no driving accidents in the past three years
- no more than two tickets in the past three years
- no DUIs in the past seven years
- must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work weekends
- ability to read, comprehend, and follow memos, reports, and instructions
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- physically demanding role requiring stamina, strength, and endurance
- willingness to conduct consistent physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- visit and maintain five collection Drop Spots within Chicago and surrounding areas
- pick up items left outside collection bins
- empty donation bins and stock inventory items properly
- maintain cleanliness and order inside the 20-foot Drop Spot carts
- keep the company vehicle clean and report maintenance needs
- sort clothing and shoes and organize donations
- assist patrons at Drop Spots with professionalism and patience
- distribute promotional materials to support the reuse program
- remove graffiti and maintain site cleanliness
- monitor surveillance cameras at assigned locations
