Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- must have a personal and reliable vehicle with auto insurance including liability and collision coverage that provides coverage while performing job-related duties
- no driving accidents in the past three years
- no more than two tickets in the past three years
- no DUIs in the past seven years
- must be available to work weekends
- must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- ability to read comprehend and follow memos reports and various written and/or oral instructions
- ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- travel to additional collection sites within the Oswego area
- sort clothing and shoes
- organize donations in carts
- maintain a clean and debris-free site
- distribute flyers to promote the Drop Spots
- assist patrons with patience and professionalism
- remove or paint over graffiti
- monitor surveillance cameras for assigned locations
