Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods during preparation and service hours
- Ability to travel up to 300 feet regularly throughout the shift
- Must have full range of mobility including stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling and fingering
- Ability to maintain a friendly and courteous attitude
- Must be able to read meters and controls

Job Duties
- Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes table, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table
- Resets tables in accordance with established standards to seat new customers quickly
- Removes full tubs from bus stations to dishwashing area for cleaning and maintains a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station
- Retrieves cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from dish room and distributes to service stations
- Sweeps restaurant floors throughout shift to maintain cleanliness
- Retrieves requisitioned items from stockroom, ensuring completeness and proper stocking, rotating stock
- Assists waitstaff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean tableware
- Keeps ice stations filled at all times by carrying buckets of ice and pouring into ice stations
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
