Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • Valid Class A or B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsement
  • Current Department of Motor Vehicle medical certificate where applicable
  • Possess legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass non-DOT/DOT pre-employment drug screening and driving history check
  • Able to work additional hours on short notice
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  • Must be physically capable of handling luggage up to 75 pounds
  • Must communicate fluently in English
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Possess valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state commercial driver's license with required endorsements
  • Active USDOT medical certification
  • Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
  • One year of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience transporting passengers preferred
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred in some locations
  • Ability to perform duties under stressful conditions
  • Self-motivated and punctual

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient and friendly shuttle service
  • Ensure safe transportation of passengers, crew, and luggage between terminals and aircraft
  • Operate shuttle vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions
  • Navigate congested airport areas with aircraft, moving vehicles, and equipment
  • Drive shuttles weighing from 3,000 to 80,000 pounds
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Maintain safety compliance and operational standards
