Job Requirements

  • must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license
  • 18 years or older
  • high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • lift and move customers' baggage safely onto the belt
  • load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
  • operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport baggage
  • work outside in varying weather conditions
  • work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
