Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license
- Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and items weighing up to 75 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Enjoy working under deadlines and physical outdoor work
- Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license or passport

Job Duties
- Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safety and timely gate entry or exit
- Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs
- Drive ground equipment including tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts to assist aircraft and baggage movement
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures
- Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories when required
- Greet passengers, provide check-in and ticketing assistance, and issue boarding passes
- Resolve passenger issues in accordance with company policies
- Track baggage location and assist passengers in the Baggage Service Office
