Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for outdoor work and manual labor
Job Duties
- Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Lift luggage throughout shifts ensuring physical safety
- Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adapt to variable shifts including irregular and extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient ramp operations
- Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently
