Job Requirements
- hs diploma, GED or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks in variable weather and environmental conditions
- ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- willingness to wear uniform and maintain personal grooming
- ability to judge distance
- willingness to comply with collective bargaining agreement and union membership

Job Duties
- load and unload aircraft cargo weighing up to 70 lbs
- drive vehicles weighing 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in congested airport areas
- assist in aircraft push-out using hand signals and voice commands
- transport cargo using depth perception to navigate congested areas
- communicate effectively with team members and passengers
- work in high-noise environments
- handle baggage by pulling, pushing, and lifting onto conveyors
- connect water hoses and electric cables to aircraft
- de-ice aircraft lifting and spraying glycol on wings and fuselage
- make reservations, issue tickets and itineraries, compute fares, and issue refunds
- check baggage and collect excess charges
- provide travel information and assist passengers at gates and boarding areas
- check validity of passenger tickets and complete flight close-out procedures
- perform lost and found activities
