Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • must pass a ten year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
  • ability to attend and complete required training
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years customer service experience or related training
  • basic computer skills
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be physically capable of lifting 70-pound suitcases and performing repetitive motions
  • must maintain a well-groomed appearance
  • excellent communication skills including reading and writing English

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years customer service experience or equivalent training
  • basic computer skills with ability to type 25 wpm
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to read and write English
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • processing customers' tickets
  • checking baggage
  • monitoring carry-on baggage for size and quantity
  • assigning seats
  • providing information on arrival and departure times
  • boarding procedures
  • handling denied boarding situations and soliciting volunteers
  • accommodating customers with vouchers
  • ensuring FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed
  • enforcing safety and security measures
  • assisting customers with special needs
  • completing sales reports
  • performing ad hoc assignments
  • maintaining excellent communication
  • reading and writing English
  • working efficiently under time constraints
  • maintaining well-groomed appearance
  • performing other duties as assigned
