Job Duties

  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies and admissions program for the Aviation campus in partnership with Dean of Student Services and Director of Admissions
  • Advise prospective students and parents about college search process and college life
  • Recruit and train student ambassadors to conduct tours and follow up with prospective students
  • Coordinate and oversee individual visit requests with staff and faculty
  • Manage online event postings, monitor registrations, execute email communications, and assist at recruitment events
  • Maintain regular contact with Aviation applicants and oversee follow-up process for incomplete files
  • Travel to school visits, college fairs, conferences, air shows, and other enrollment events
  • Develop relationships with high school and church personnel for recruitment
  • Distribute and update promotional and recruitment materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
