Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of church management systems preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to maintain personal spiritual growth and emotional healthy spirituality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to support and uphold church safety policies
Job Qualifications

- College experience preferred
- Two to five years administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- Experience with church management systems preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Duties
- Coordinates curriculum preparation, distribution, and communication with servant leaders for Sunday morning ministry
- Places supply orders and ensures all areas are appropriately prepared for ahead of Sunday morning ministry and special events
- Maintains and tracks data in church management system including running weekly reports, tracking attendance, updating groups, and managing connections for first time guest follow up, baptisms, and servant leader involvement
- Develops, distributes, and maintains the weekly Children’s Ministry servant leader schedule
- Prepares mailings and digital correspondence for communicating with leaders and families
- Manages administrative process of church safety policy, scheduling meetings, processing paperwork, running reports, and updating information for servant leaders
- Assists and supports planning events, appreciations, and meetings under the leadership of the children’s minister
- Assists in tracking ministry goals, objectives, calendared events, and budgets
- Utilizes Rock and Outlook to manage calendar requests for ministry events and team meetings
- Assists with preparation of special events including obtaining quotes, booking equipment and locations, and ordering food
- Stays up to date with training in Excel, Word, Canva, Rock, and budget management systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
