Job Duties
- develop, plan, and implement engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of seniors with memory care challenges
- assist in scheduling and coordinating daily, weekly, and special events to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical activity
- foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages participation and enhances residents' quality of life
- collaborate with caregiving staff to monitor residents' responses to activities and adjust plans accordingly
- maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
- support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through personalized engagement
- promote a positive, respectful atmosphere that values each resident's unique personality and history
