Job Duties
- warmly welcome customers into the library and ensure a great experience and fond farewell
- assist customers in finding books and using self-checkout services
- maintain cleanliness and attractive displays in the library
- engage customers in conversations about library promotions, programs, and services
- manage opening and closing duties of the library
- look after experience zones including stocking and maintenance
- help customers with basic computer needs and technology questions
