Job Duties
- Warmly welcome customers and ensure a great experience and fond farewell
- Assist customers in locating books and using self-checkout services
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive displays throughout the library
- Provide information about promotions, programs, and services available
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the library
- Oversee experience zones including stocking, cleaning, and technical maintenance
- Assist customers with basic computer needs including email and internet navigation
