Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous server experience highly preferred
- Six months or more in long-term care, home care, or related field preferred
- Experience with POS (point-of-sale) software systems
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- May need to complete other pre-employment screenings such as physical, fingerprinting, and TB test as required by state or local guidelines
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age

- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) transactional systems
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist residents with meal selection, including ordering from menu, buffet, or a la carte selections as needed
- Present menu to residents, answer questions and make suggestions
- Record orders and relay to kitchen production area
- Deliver food efficiently to residents, providing assistance as needed
- Clear, clean, and reset tables for subsequent meal service
- Assist with light back-of-house kitchen duties such as salad bar, soup service, dessert portioning, and coffee brewing
- Observe residents to ensure safety in dining areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
