Job Requirements
- Must have completed a bartender study course
- Must be able to pass WA Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Able to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents
- Provide excellent customer service and drink suggestions to residents, their families, and associates
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes
- Ensure no resident or guest is over-served and no one under 21 is served alcohol
- Arrange and maintain an attractive display for the bar area
- Clean and maintain stemware, glassware, and bar station
- Be familiar with the menu and various wine pairings to answer resident questions
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and its Affiliates
- Perform other duties as assigned
