Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • demonstrate 5 years of experience in the culinary field or possess a culinary degree with 3 years of related experience
  • possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • show proven leadership and team management skills
  • be adept at troubleshooting and handling difficult situations calmly
  • ability to read, understand, and create recipes
  • understand proper knife usage and techniques
  • exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • demonstrate excellent guest service skills and service recovery
  • have passion and enthusiasm for culinary work
  • maintain knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • possess food safety certification or equivalent
  • ability to work with technology such as plate costing buffet systems, CAFÉ system, KDS, and Workbrain
  • must be flexible and able to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications
