Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum two years of experience in culinary high volume production
- Culinary education degree or relevant equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Knowledge of knife usage
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills including service recovery
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for kitchen work
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food safety certification
- Ability to operate kitchen technology systems
- Flexibility for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
