Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum two years of experience in culinary high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations calmly
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Knowledge of knife usage
  • Positive and helpful attitude
  • Excellent guest service skills including service recovery
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for kitchen work
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to operate kitchen technology systems
  • Flexibility for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
