Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum two years of culinary experience focused on high-volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience for those with less than two years of experience
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills suited for fast-paced environments
  • Adept at troubleshooting and managing difficult situations
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest delight
  • Ability to read and comprehend recipes
  • Knowledge of knife use and safety
  • Positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor
  • Excellent guest service and service recovery skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in the kitchen
  • Familiarity with culinary terminology and techniques
  • Food safety certification or equivalent
  • Proficiency with technology such as plate costing buffet system, CAFE system, KDS, Workbrain
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties
