Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years culinary experience or culinary education degree with less than 2 years experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Ability to understand and use kitchen knives properly
- Positive and helpful attitude towards guests and cast members
- Excellent guest service skills with service recovery ability
- Food safety certification
- Ability to work with technology such as buffet costing, cafe system, KDS, and Workbrain
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food safety certification or equivalent
- Ability to work with kitchen technology systems
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a kitchen
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Lead and support the kitchen team during service
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen challenges calmly
- Provide excellent guest service and support service recovery when needed
