Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent with less than 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and stay calm in difficult situations
- Passion for culinary arts
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knife skills knowledge
- Positive and friendly attitude towards guests and cast members
- Excellent guest service skills with ability to perform service recovery
- Passion and enthusiasm for kitchen work
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food safety certification or equivalent
- Ability to use culinary technology systems
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage high-volume food production efficiently
- Lead and support kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Troubleshoot kitchen operations calmly and effectively
- Provide excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary
- Utilize culinary technology systems such as plate costing, CAFÉ system, KDS, and Workbrain
