Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent with less than 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and stay calm in difficult situations
  • Passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
  • Knife skills knowledge
  • Positive and friendly attitude towards guests and cast members
  • Excellent guest service skills with ability to perform service recovery
  • Passion and enthusiasm for kitchen work
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Food safety certification or equivalent
  • Ability to use culinary technology systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Manage high-volume food production efficiently
  • Lead and support kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
  • Troubleshoot kitchen operations calmly and effectively
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle service recovery when necessary
  • Utilize culinary technology systems such as plate costing, CAFÉ system, KDS, and Workbrain
