Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of two years culinary experience in high-volume production or equivalent culinary education
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for culinary arts
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife usage
- Positive and helpful attitude towards guests and cast members
- Excellent guest service skills including service recovery
- Knowledge of culinary terminology
- Food safety certification or equivalent
- Ability to use technology such as plate costing and kitchen display systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high-volume production
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly

- Proven ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
- Collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute innovative menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Manage inventory and ingredient usage effectively
